Q: HOW OFTEN WILL THE DOWNLOAD STORE BE UPDATED?

A: We are releasing a new update in every 14 days, containing a video and a set of pictures.


Q: IS IT IMPORTANT TO USE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS?

A: Yes, because if you are using a wrong one, we won't be able to send your code and you will not be able to download your purchased updates. If you will meet with this kind of situation, please contact us and ask your download code again.


Q: WHAT WILL BE HAPPENING IF I DON'T GET A MAIL FROM SYSTEM?

A: In normal case, after you made the purchase, you should get the mail within few minutes. In other way, there are three possibilities:
    1. You didn't finish your purchase (your credit card wasn't charged)
    2. You provided a wrong e-mail address to the system.
    3. The e-mail entered in the junk or spam folder.


Q: HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE AFTER THE PAYMENT TO DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS I BOUGHT?

A: You have ten days to download the updates you've purchased. After 10 days the cart ID will be no longer active


Q: WHAT COMPUTER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED IN ORDER TO PLAY YOUR VIDEOS?

A: First of all, it is necesarry to be sufficient memory on your computer (1 GB should be enough) with a processor speed greater than 2mhz. All the clips are encoded using the 720p HDV quality, so you need to have a modern computer.


Q: WHAT IS THE MEANING OF 720P?

A: 720p is the shorthand name for a category of HDTV video modes having a resolution of 1280×720 and a progressive scan. The number 720 stands for the 720 horizontal scan lines of display resolution (also known as 720 pixels of vertical resolution), while the letter p stands for progressive scan or non-interlaced. When broadcast at 60 frames per second, 720p features the highest temporal (motion) resolution possible under the ATSC and DVB standards.
